β€’ The Sales Leader (AVP, Advisory Services) is responsible for managing a team of salespeople across multiple states. β€’ This individual will lead the team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth. β€’ The role requires a strong focus on territory management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer acquisition and retention. β€’ The Sales Leader will report to the SVP, Sales & Advisory Services, and work in a remote capacity, focusing on expanding the company's presence within the assigned regions. β€’ While remote, this role may require up to 40% domestic travel.

Requirements

β€’ At least 7 years of proven sales leadership experience in midmarket/enterprise sales, preferably in Telecommunications, IT, or SaaS-related industries. β€’ Proven success in managing and growing a sales team, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue goals. β€’ In-depth knowledge of sales processes, territory management, and market dynamics. β€’ Experience working in technology or telecommunications environments is highly preferred. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions. β€’ Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture. β€’ Can develop a high-performing sales team. β€’ Drives revenue growth by effectively managing a regional sales team and optimizing territory coverage. β€’ Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value and achieving business objectives.
