β€’ Verve Cloud Inc. is a Nationwide cloud-based voice, internet and unified communication service provider. β€’ Develops, maintains, and wins relationships with assigned agents and referral partners. β€’ Responsible for supporting and training referral partners and agents to achieve sales activity from and through the Channel. β€’ The role includes both direct and indirect sales work, often involving the end user client.

Requirements

β€’ Acts with integrity in dealing with customers and co-workers; not afraid to do the right thing; takes responsibility for mistakes and achievements; treats others in a respectful manner β€’ Ability to speak and be understood, and to hear conversational tone of voice, with or without reasonable accommodations β€’ Ability to read written or printed materials the size of typewritten characters, with or without reasonable accommodations β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) β€’ Generate sufficient channel sales activity to support the agreed upon monthly revenue goal β€’ Add at least one new agent relationship to the channel every 60-days β€’ Proactively assess, clarify and validate agent and referral partner needs and expectations β€’ Ensure that agent and referral partners maintain their commitments to Company β€’ Conduct all business both in and out of the office in a professional manner β€’ Other accountabilities as assigned β€’ Possess knowledge of industry terminology and practices β€’ Sales experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry β€’ Experience with co-location, internet, and telephony β€’ Work independently with minimal supervision and have the discernment to approach management as needed β€’ Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff as well as customers and vendors in a proactive manner β€’ Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding from non-technical people β€’ Ability to use CRM software proficiently
