Description

• Upstart is a leading AI lending marketplace partnering with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit. • Upstart’s Automotive Retail is reinventing the way customers buy and finance their cars. • As the Platform PM for Auto Retail, you will closely partner with internal squads and external vendors. • You will be responsible for identifying and building out areas of unique differentiation for Upstart using machine learning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience • Experience with product management with a focus on software products at a technology first organization • Platform, Core Services PM or related experience • Proven track record of achieving strategic goals in innovative and fast-paced environments. • Skilled in adapting product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends. • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities. • Excellent track record working with technical and non-technical teams to deliver business outcomes • BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
