• Create third-party product requirements. • Build Ecosystem partners portfolios based on product offerings, pricing, and geo-locations. • Work closely with the pre-sales and end customers to understand requirements. • Conduct and document a technical evaluation of each partner's offerings. • Conduct IOT/Staging testing of third-party products to validate critical solutions. • Support Sales and pre-sales team with solution offerings and cost budgeting during the Offer Development stage. • Discuss available product offerings with the customer and provide various options that meet project and customer requirements. • Fully responsible for the solution and design of the third-party recommended products. • Support the Professional Services team during and after installation. • Single point of contact for third-party eco-system partners; responsible for negotiating agreements and managing relationships during relevant customer engagements. • Work with the operations team to include approved solutions in the PW price list. • Works with Procurement to source the right products with the required specifications. • Handle multi-ethnic teams and multiple vendors.
• Minimum 10-12 years of Product Management experience with Telecom systems. • Good understanding of microwave, Power, and Antenna solutions available in the market. Understanding of telecom site Civil works, and tower installations is a plus. • Well-versed with Schedules, Scope, RAM, SLA, execution/deployment, Customer Acceptance, Cost, and Quality in Wireless telecom space. • Thorough understanding of the Project Risk assessment and Mitigation in the wireless telecom industry. • Thorough understanding of managing Partners / Vendors before, during, and after project execution. • Thorough understanding of spare part management including warranties and RMA processes. • Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills. • Ability to Travel as needed.
