• Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives • Establish and manage the business development and sales department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads • Design and implement effective sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands • Set and manage sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of business development and sales initiatives, KPIs, and ROI • Implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer retention goals • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new sales technologies and techniques as appropriate • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Lead go-to-market strategies for new services, driving growth and demand generation efforts • Develop and oversee the company's sales strategy to enhance market penetration and customer engagement • Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our network and market reach

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Business Development, Sales Director, or similar role in a B2B setting • Deep understanding of sales principles, with a blend of strategic and analytical abilities • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
