Description

• Facilitate kick-offs, design sessions, and weekly status updates • Be the expert guiding clients from contract execution to program setup, configuration, Go Live, and production • Work with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to review communication materials and get the green light • Team up with internal leadership to build plans that meet client objectives • Identify root causes and corrective actions to keep projects moving smoothly • Tackle client issues and complaints directly, ensuring satisfaction • Share insights, ideas, and challenges internally to improve client service • Your ultimate goal is happy clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of strong experience in managing client accounts • Familiarity with HIPAA, HEDIS, NCQA, and Risk Adjustment • Thrive as an individual contributor and collaborator • Experience with production plans and goal setting • Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability to changing situations • Ability to grasp client needs and build appropriate solutions • Craft business reviews and present to both internal and external teams • Ability to integrate and analyze data for client insights • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
