Requirements

• Essential: Healthcare MSO (Managed Service Organization), Physician Practice Management (PPM), or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) experience • Proven Track Record: At least 8+ years of finance experience, particularly in multi-site healthcare settings • Preferred Credentials: CPA or similar qualifications • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in financial software and MS Office • Communication: Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely • Specialized Experience: Handling multi-site healthcare entities, especially in growth stages, involving financial integration and transitioning from cash-based to accrual-based accounting • Forensic Accounting: Proficiency in managing and decoding complex, multi-site financials • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically with a potential growth path to a CFO role • Scalability: Experience in scaling operations and addressing financial challenges in a growing enterprise
