• The Community Bank Channel Partner Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction, management, growth and agreement renewal of assigned bank partners. • Work with partner to understand bank goals and build strategic action plans to meet both bank and Elavon goals on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis. • Work directly with bank management and sales to develop incremental sources of revenue • Work directly with bank management to develop and promote acceptance of revenue initiatives • Initiate Sales and Vertical Market campaigns • Data mining initiatives • Vertical market campaigns (e.g, ECS, DCC and Gift Cards) • Grass Roots Campaigns • Specialized Bank Segment Campaigns • Brand Awareness • Content management across all mediums • Leverage website opportunities between Elavon and bank partners • Leverage retail, small business & commercial/corporate distribution channels • Identify strategic opportunities including but not limited to: Emerging markets, Pricing/Product margins, Product and portfolio mix • Create and administer bank partner business review sessions • Ensure compliance of co-branded content. • Develop and administer bank partner training. • Key liaison for conversion management and communications.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Seven to nine years of financial sales experience • Ability to travel (local, regional, national)
