Description

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance ad systems. • Lead programmatic advertising systems and architect scalable infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature optimization. • Implement ad targeting algorithms and enhance campaign efficiency. • Stay updated on AdTech trends and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, 3 years in AdTech. • Strong backend development skills (Java, Python, Go). • Expertise in programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges. • Understanding of auction mechanics and ad fraud prevention. • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong problem-solving skills focused on performance optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
