📋 Description
• Design and build backend systems, services, APIs, and frameworks for Button • Lead design of new services and frameworks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features • Maintain a stable production environment • Deliver programmatic interfaces for deep partner integrations
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for building reliable and scalable backend services and usable front-end systems • Comfort operating across the entire stack of a product • Strong understanding of relational databases and experience building stateful web services • Excellent understanding of API design and designing reliable APIs • Coding experience in Go, Javascript/NodeJS, or Python • Experience in a production environment • 4+ years of experience writing software and building production systems • 2+ years of experience designing systems • Mentorship and guidance experience • Experience with large-scale production SaaS services • Full-stack development experience • Working with relational databases • Infrastructure experience is a plus
