• Founded in 2003, IT Concepts’ core values – customer-centricity, teamwork, driven to deliver, innovation, and integrity ensure we work together to be the best. • IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Project Manager with GIS to support the Social Security Administration. • The Project Manager will help process improvements and enhance operational efficiency within the SSA. • You will engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements and create essential documentation while leading user acceptance testing. • You will analyze data to support strategic decision-making and recommend automation opportunities. • Your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be vital in navigating projects successfully. • If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact through data-driven solutions, we invite you to apply.

Requirements

• PM experience with an ESRI ArcGIS® system. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. • At least 5 years of project management and related experience and 10 years of work experience. • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. • Possesses the ability to communicate with the affected user community, requirements analysts, and others to develop the most appropriate approach. • Skilled in providing detailed written and/or oral recommendations. • Familiar with all phases of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and overseeing projects through the lifecycle. • Proven ability to solve problems creatively. • Excellent analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. • Familiar with Section 508 compliance regulations. • Experience working with users to elicit requirements that will meet their business needs. • Skilled in the development of high level and detailed functional requirements documentation. • Previous Government contracting experience. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
