(ITC) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support our VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. • The Quality Assurance Manager must have experience in creating and implementing a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of all IT products, services and systems. • They must have experience in resolving all project or program release problems and take corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve results. • They must also have experience in assuring the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline • 10 years of relevant Experience • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Knowledge of migration among Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) • Clearance requirement • US Citizen or Green card holder • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
