Description

• Workforce Planning Analyst (VA ESOM) • Founded in 2003, IT Concepts’ core values – customer-centricity, teamwork, driven to deliver, innovation, and integrity. • IT Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Analyst to support our VA-ESOM contract. • Work on VA ESOM contract human capital program, including recruitment, retention, position classification and related activities. • Coordinate the contractor recruitment process for VA ESOM Contract. • Collect current workforce data on staffing needs and assist recruitment activities. • Develop position descriptions for VA ESOM Business Operations contract. • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer support through close collaboration with team. • Work closely with team members to assist workforce needs and upskilling requirements. • Location: This position can be performed in a remote working environment during Eastern Time working hours.

Requirements

• AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline is required (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education) • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Accountability, Analysis and Research and Attention to Detail • Customer Service mindset, Decision Making, Flexibility • Quick Learner with Integrity/Honesty, good communication and interpersonal skills • Good at reading Comprehension, Reasoning, and writing • Able to self-manage work, manage stress and show team-spirit • willing/able to work EST hours • Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting a federal client. • Experience with IT asset management • Clearance Requirement: ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
