Description

• Gain people manager experience by developing a strong sales team for National Accounts • Ensure regional sales team drives sales of new/existing products • Manage effectiveness in executing product demonstrations • Travel quarterly with assigned sales team members • Manage big box customer account projects • Negotiate with store management for product placement • Provide inventory guidance to sales team using reporting tools • Meet with Managers to support sales growth and customer’s needs • Evaluate competitive situations and develop action plans for sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • Three years building material’s industry experience • Significant knowledge of USG’s product portfolio including wallboard, ceilings, etc. • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proven Sales Professional with a track record of success • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong coaching and management skills • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform data analysis and make informed recommendations
