• US LBM Technical Product Manager - Application Development will develop and enhance web/mobile applications for US LBM. • Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value. • Facilitate the agile development process from conceptualization and discovery through deployment. • Define a clear product roadmap that aligns with the vision of the company's goals. • Translate product capability needs and priorities to the development and cross functional teams. • Participate in the discovery process and conduct research to identify user stories. • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the application addresses user requirements. • Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, and break down epics and features. • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demos and retrospectives. • Oversee product releases, continuously monitor/analyze product performance. • Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment. • Experience managing multiple backlogs, large enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams. • Proven experience leading customer facing web/mobile application. • Domain knowledge of Lumber, Building Materials, Construction industry a plus. • Strong understanding of SCRUM and managing backlogs using Azure Dev Ops. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. • Skill in having both technical and non-technical conversations. • Ability to analyze results and metrics and take data driven decisions. • Understanding of application development and relevant technologies. • Agile Certifications are preferred.
