📋 Description

• Manage the USOs monthly giving program. • Responsible for acquiring new monthly donors and retaining existing ones. • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to grow the multimillion-dollar sustainer program. • Partner with VP, Direct Response, for annual revenue and expense planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. • 5+ years of work experience in a development or fundraising role with recent direct line management over a multimillion-dollar direct mail program. • A strong working knowledge of monthly giving and/or subscription program best practices. • Multi year mail planning experience including retention and cultivations strategies. • Knowledge of regulatory standards governing solicitation operations. • Ability to lead and achieve desired results while working collaboratively. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment related to controversial subjects. • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise. • Working knowledge of basic business and accounting functions. • Demonstrated initiative/self-motivation, with the ability to adapt quickly. • Proficiency using computers and electronic equipment. • Ability to obtain and maintain proper credentials necessary to access USO Center locations.
