Requirements

• 8-10+ years of professional experience, including a demonstrated ability to lead a skilled and engaged team of software developers • Thorough understanding of full stack technologies and development, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of industry best practices • Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style, fostering an environment of psychological safety, open communication and idea exchange • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent • Ability to travel 10% of the time
