Description

• Valcre is reinventing Real Estate Valuation and is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Product Management for our growing Product team to scale and evolve our industry leading Valuation solutions. • Reporting to the VP of Product, you will move across both our existing flagship solution and our next generation offering, striking a balance between technical execution and strategic market planning. • Leveraging strong analytical problem solving, technical acumen, customer centricity, and leadership skills, you will coordinate the people, systems and processes to design and deliver transformative products that maximize customer value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS • Experienced serving Enterprise customers in Real Estate Analytics, CRE Data or Prop Tech industries with a BA/BS in Business or a Technical field. MBA a plus. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and evolving environment. You have a can-do attitude and extol continuous growth mindset. • Technically adept and intimately familiar with Agile Software Development methodologies. Skilled at working with technical resources to develop innovative solutions, review technical designs, evaluate implementation alternatives, assess rough level of effort, and troubleshoot blocking issues. Big plus if you’ve participated in an Agile Transformation. • Highly organized and a structured thinker. You have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful product releases and launches. You possess project management skills including task estimation, project tracking, risk management and issue escalation. • Data savvy. Experienced managing products with a heavy data emphasis and multiple integrations to other data feeds. Experience with AI, machine learning and data analytics a big plus. • Inherently collaborative. You are both professionally and emotionally intelligent and confident, but approachable and open to new ideas. You’re not afraid to champion your cause using rational persuasion and excellent interpersonal skills but will stand by the group decision once committed. You are comfortable facilitating alignment and problem solving discussions in a cross functional environment. • Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in both written and oral formats.
