Description

• Join as Principal Product Manager for Twilio’s Onboarding and Compliance product team. • Own various Trust Hub products end to end, creating streamlined registration experiences. • Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with company goals. • Lead cross-functional teams for product planning, design, and launch. • Collaborate with engineering and UX to translate customer needs into product requirements. • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, analyzing data for decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies • Command of analytical thinking skills with quantitative and qualitative data use • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with influence and collaboration at all levels • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to manage conflicting inputs • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience • Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems
