• Learning A-Z aims to deliver effective, affordable, and easy-to-use supplemental elementary resources. • Seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead a team in delivering effective language learning solutions. • Responsible for ensuring a nuanced understanding of customer needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis. • Articulates customer needs, product visions, and investment value propositions. • Facilitates the creation of effective solutions for learners in collaboration with various teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. • 5+ years Product Management experience at Director level or above. • Experience in the EdTech market and awareness of current trends in the elementary literacy market. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively, business savvy. • Proven experience in supporting business transformation, effective collaboration, agility, technical excellence and the successful delivery of content and technical solutions that drive business and learning impact. • Proven experience in developing relationships, building presence, and commanding alignment with stakeholders and executives. • Ability to manage and motivate teams of highly skilled knowledge workers in a rapidly changing market segment.
