• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare technology or digital health required • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth • Demonstrable experience building and managing marketing programs targeting enterprise healthcare organizations • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, specifically health systems and health plans • Experience managing relationships with industry analysts (KLAS, Gartner, Forrester) and securing favorable coverage • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for productivity • Track record of successful collaboration with Commercial teams to support pipeline development • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for C-level audiences • Demonstrable experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI • Excellent project management skills, high attention to detail, and works well in fast-paced environment
