• Valora Inc’s mission is to unlock access to financial opportunity so everyone can create and share value without barriers. • Mobile Stack is a project currently incubated within Valora. • Join an experienced web3 team working on a new project to drive adoption of web3 through mobile-native products for web3. • We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Web3 Community Builder to cultivate, engage, and grow our community of builders and Mobile Stack advocates. • You’ll galvanize the Mobile Stack community in online spaces, bridge our platform and builders, and be a driving force in building a vibrant, active community that aligns with our mission of bringing millions on-chain. • Execute strategies to engage and grow our web3 community across Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms. • Serve as the main point of contact for our community, responding promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and feedback. • Identify opportunities for our team to Identify opportunities to contribute to the web3 conversation. • Create and manage community events (online or in person), industry events, campaigns, and other activities to drive participation and excitement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging content that aligns with our messaging and mission. • Monitor and report on community sentiment, providing actionable insights to internal teams. • Actively participate in web3 discussions and events to increase Mobile Stack’s visibility and credibility within the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager in web3, blockchain, or a related tech space. • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, web3 ecosystems, and decentralized communities and their various audiences. Knowledge of the EVM ecosystem • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster genuine connections with community members. • Experience growing and managing a multi-platform community on X, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster etc. • Self-starter attitude, someone who can work autonomously and is highly collaborative and comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced startup environment. • Experimentation-based mindset and bias toward execution • Design skills for creating community-oriented visuals and announcements. • Experience using Canva, Adobe, video editing software, etc.
