🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännisches Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Betreuung von Großkunden, im Projektmanagement oder im Customer Success Management • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, ergänzt durch Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Präsentationsstärke • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, geprägt von starken Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen • Fundierte Kenntnisse in kaufmännischen Themen sowie Organisationstalent • Solide Projektmanagementkompetenzen und Affinität zu technischen Themen
