📋 Description

• At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • As a Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. • The Integrations team at Vanta owns how integrations are built, how customers discover, connect, and use them long term. • You’ll join a team already in seat with a large backlog of improvements and new capabilities to drive.

🎯 Requirements

• Have some prior experience working on integrations, building marketplaces, or in developer ecosystems. Bonus: you’ve been the integrations PM before, with ownership over many types and categories of integrations • Have 4+ years of senior product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers • Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams • Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken • Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders • Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management • Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
