📋 Description
• Engineering Lead / Manager role in a growing company focused on high-quality software. • Overseeing daily operations and leading a team in a collaborative environment. • Working with technologies like Python, React, and cloud services such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. • Flexible remote work with monthly in-person team gatherings.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years leading a team of 6-8 engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship and career development, while also being hands-on and writing high-quality code with your team. • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to build a product that our customers love. • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and engineering best practices • 5+ years of experience of development experience. Ideally, have experience in Python and/or React. Other languages are fine as long as you are willing to put the time in to learn our technology. • Ad platform API expertise (Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.) • DevOps and deployment experience is a plus, on Azure, GCP or AWS.
