β€’ Vantage is looking for a Customer Success Engineer with strong technical expertise to ensure exceptional service β€’ Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer tailored solutions β€’ Play a large role in building processes and optimizing support workflows β€’ Provide holiday, weekend, and on-call support

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or technology company β€’ Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills β€’ Strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements β€’ Experience with customer support and IT service management tools β€’ Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment β€’ A kind person
