• At Wisedocs AI, we're revolutionizing the way industries handle medical documentation. • Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI. • The Technical Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and customization of the Wisedocs solution. • This role involves hands-on technical work, including API integrations, custom configurations, troubleshooting, and support. • The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technical solutions, integration, and customer success. • We’re looking for someone that is genuinely excited about problem solving for customers and who has a strong balance between providing technical solutions while communicating in a concise, engaging way. • If you're ready to push boundaries and drive innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, API integration, or a similar role. • Proficiency with API protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP) and knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is highly preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
