📋 Description
You will work with a tight team of product and data engineers who are responsible for shipping features across the Vantage product • As the primary SRE for the engineering team, you will spend some time partnering with feature teams to ensure that the infrastructure and observability requirements are met and enable us to rapidly scale Vantage • Additionally, you will spend some time being the responsible party to ensure that our infrastructure, reliability and availability is best in class • The team is fast paced and is constantly shipping to production
🎯 Requirements
A SRE with a passion for partnering with product teams to build features that delight customers • Strong technical background, including 8+ years of experience building and operating SaaS products/platforms • Expertise in building and operating services at scale in Kubernetes • Expertise in cloud-hosted Network design and operations (e.g. VPC, Peering, subnet definitions, NAT configuration etc) • Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Pulumi etc • Experience with observability and monitoring tools, particularly Datadog • Someone who enjoys staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in the SRE and DevX ecosystem to pull them into projects when appropriate • Someone excited to make progress and hold a high degree of responsibility • A kind person
