🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilienfinanzierung & Kapitalmarkt: Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzierungsbereich, insbesondere in der Strukturierung von Immobilienfinanzierungen, Mezzanine-Kapital oder alternativen Finanzierungsmodellen. • Exzellentes Verhandlungsgeschick & Netzwerk in der Finanzbranche: Du bringst ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Banken, institutionellen Investoren oder alternativen Kapitalgebern mit. • Analytisches Denken & strategische Finanzplanung: Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Finanzierungsmodelle, Kapitalmarktmechanismen und die wirtschaftliche Analyse von Immobilienprojekten. • Strukturierte & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise: Du treibst Projekte aktiv voran, erkennst Potenziale und handelst proaktiv. • Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit, regelmäßig zu reisen, um Finanzpartner und Investoren bundesweit persönlich zu betreuen.
