Description

• Support the implementation of the HubSpot CRM platform. • Involve in migration, implementation, and management of the platform’s infrastructure. • Optimize the use across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. • Drive efficient data management and analysis through HubSpot.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM, both implementations and management of the platform. • HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and others are highly preferred. • Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success processes. • Experience with CRM integrations and API usage. • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail. • Experience with agile and working closely with designers and engineers to drive feature definition and implementation. • Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels. • Understand and appreciate that Nerdy is an apolitical company and that we can have the largest impact if we are united in our focus on helping people learn and not divided or distracted by advancing unrelated causes.
