• Solutions Engineers are the primary technical resource for new sales. • Responsible for post-sales, partner, and professional services implementations. • Analyze, propose change, and determine effectiveness from the customer's perspective. • Identify and remove technical barriers to implementing company software. • Articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users. • Establish and maintain strong relationships to promote customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of experience in Technical Sales in the Tech industry, preferably supporting SaaS products • 2+ years of related Microsoft IT desktop support experience • 2+ years Network/LAN/System administration experience • Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems • One or more Industry certifications: MCSE, MCTS, MCSA, MCP, Novell CNE, VMWare VCA, Apple ACDP, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, and/or Security+ • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
