Description
• Provide technical support to maintenance departments • Analyze requests for technical support • Diagnose technical problems and propose solutions • Develop proposals for product modifications and upgrades • Advise and instruct maintenance departments on-site • Provide training to maintenance personnel • Identify customer experiences and initiate improvements
Requirements
• Associate’s degree level in Mechanical Engineering • Knowledge in control technology (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and PLC technology) • Well-developed communication skills • Good command of English and Dutch (spoken and written) • Tactful, friendly, and results-oriented • Willingness to travel
