📋 Description
• Draft, negotiate, analyze, and review sales and services contracts. • Advise departments on contract interpretation and legal ramifications. • Assist senior internal counsel with legal research and litigation preparation. • Ability to travel as needed to perform position responsibilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree and JD Degree (from ABA-accredited law school) required. • Admission to a state bar with an active membership in good standing is required; • Five (5) years experience as an attorney in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts. • Experience within a corporate legal environment preferred. • Experience working in the financial services sector is preferred.
