Description

• As an Enterprise Architect II, shape and evolve our enterprise architecture • Lead efforts to design and implement comprehensive architecture strategies • Manage multiple priorities and possess strong analytical problem-solving skills • Create TOGAF artifacts, business architecture, and metrics • Mentor junior architects and guide technical teams • Oversee major architectural projects and align them with strategic objectives • Work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends • Establish and enforce architectural standards and governance frameworks • Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are advantageous • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or systems design • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration techniques, and technology stacks relevant to finance and payments • Ability to deliver hands-on TOGAF artifacts: matrixes, diagrams, analysis, roadmaps, building blocks, and business capacity maps • Hands-on experience with an architectural modeling tool like EA Sparx or ServiceNow APM is recommended • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic and tactical thinking • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a range of audiences • Proven experience in leading architectural projects and teams
