Description

• Collaborate with the development team and product management to understand software features, report requirements and design specifications. • Utilize your knowledge of ERP software systems to tailor reports to users of the ERP (our customers), and appropriately validate the results. • Develop, customize, document and maintain financial, operational or industry-specific reports using Velixo. • Develop, document and maintain budgeting and automation templates using Velixo. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy. • Contribute and work alongside the Documentation, Training teams as well as QA team to conduct thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Identify opportunities to enhance existing reports or create new reports. • Provide support to partners and end-users, participate on our community forums, and address any inquiries or concerns related to reports.

Requirements

• Team player! Creativity, attention to detail, curiosity and problem-solving abilities are a must! • Strong experience in report development for ERP software. • Proficiency with reporting tools, Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are mandatory. • Ideally, you're a data and Excel expert! • Intermediate-level knowledge (4+ years of experience) of ERP software systems or accounting software is mandatory. • Understanding of financial and operational processes and reporting requirements. • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting. • Good project management skills and an understanding of agile methodology. • A university degree is a plus, but we’re open to self-taught and brilliant minds with experience too!
