Description
•We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing Global Finance Team. •This full-time position will manage the financial reporting and analysis and oversee daily operations for our US operational entity. •This position is well suited for an analytically minded, detail-oriented, and problem-solving person who loves navigating finance-based challenges. •You will report to the Global Controller. •This role will be a remote role. •Lead the US entity month-end close processes and maintenance of the general ledgers. •Ensure accurate and timely monthly account reconciliations including responsibility for bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and intercompany balances. •Oversight and support day-to-day finance operations relating to US-supported employees. •Responsible for E-Recruit invoicing processes, syncs to NetSuite, and reconciliations. •Coordinate with Payroll and Regional Finance Teams to ensure error-free payroll postings. •Contribute to process improvement and automation projects.
Requirements
•Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent working experience required. •Qualified accountancy qualification or equivalent working experience required. •7+ years of experience in global payroll processes, general ledger postings, data maintenance, and month-close processes. •Management skills, with experience working cross-collaboratively with different teams and team members. •Technology-literate, including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite. •Accountability even when working with the team and the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues in multiple time zones.
