Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA, preferred • Over 5 years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting • Proven track record in process improvement, financial systems, and business process change initiatives • Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB, and ICFR • Experience with month-end close processes, revenue reconciliation, and creating comprehensive financial reports • Ability to lead teams during external audits and manage departmental responsibilities • Prior management experience is essential as responsibilities will grow with the organization • Experience in developing and implementing ERP systems. • Prior experience working in Cybersecurity, SaaS or high growth environments
