Description

• Provide efficient support for customers through outgoing phone calls • Ensure customers’ satisfaction and develop expectations • Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines • Recognize and act on the opportunity to upsell additional products and services to customers • Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and quotes in a timely manner • Monitor and implement anti-fraud measures to protect both the company and its customers • Assist customers with game-related inquiries, helping them understand the rules, strategies, and features of various online casino games • Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers’ preferences and interests to enhance their gaming experience • Stay up-to-date with the latest game releases, updates, and promotions to effectively inform and guide customers • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, address challenges, and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English & Norwegian • Customer service or Sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and offer a good quality solution professionally • Enthusiastic character with the ability to convince customers and responding their inquiries • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific terminology • Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with colleagues, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
