Description
• Responsible for developing and delivering streamlined marketing systems and processes that drive efficiency and scalability. • Oversee campaign operations, funnel flow, web operations, and martech stack. • Partner with key stakeholders to drive transformations across people, processes and technologies. • Lead a small team of marketing operations and web professionals.
Requirements
• 8+ years B2B marketing ops leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies • Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Wordpress experience • Experience in the transition from lead to account-based marketing • Track record of streamlining lead and campaign operational efficiency • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail • Ability to work cross-borders, cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders in GTM operations, corporate operations, Sales and BDR management, and more • Proactive and clear communication skills (written, verbal) to drive decision making, share progress and direct action
