Description

• Company Description: Veracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) for K-12 schools. • Position Overview: Seeking a self-motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join the sales team. • Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Executives, manage product demonstrations, assist in onboarding, maintain technical understanding of products, respond to customer inquiries, and participate in webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA). • 3+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales role in SaaS EdTech company is required. • Demonstrated strong presentation skills to key stakeholders within prospective customers. • Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in software applications and web technologies. • Can clearly demonstrate high empathy through a proven track record of being an attentive listener, thoroughly understanding customer’s needs, and quickly building rapport. • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with a variety of audiences within the organization. • Salesforce experience required. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Flexible team-player who can partner with all functions of the business, getting team members buy in and feedback with ease. • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment.
