β€’ Assist in providing technical support for cloud infrastructure β€’ Respond to and resolve basic cloud support tickets β€’ Monitor cloud infrastructure performance β€’ Help customers resolve cloud-related issues β€’ Collaborate on larger projects and implementations

Requirements

β€’ 4-5 years of experience in Cloud Technology Technical Support or related field β€’ Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) β€’ Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines β€’ Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems β€’ Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
