• Maintain and develop existing business, manage and consult established customers. • Seek new business opportunities within your region. • Prepare comprehensive strategic account plans. • Listen and understand customer needs while providing best solutions. • Execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal. • Deliver sales activity to meet or exceed sales & margin targets. • Strong account management organization to facilitate customer growth. • Partner with internal marketing team and collaborate across all internal teams. • Ability to travel up to 50%, and able to work from home.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Communications, Packaging, Business or Marketing, or related field. • At least 8 years of high-level sales experience and success in selling SaaS solutions software, plus implementation services, preferable within agency, pre-media, or brand owner environment. • Proficiency in English required. • Highly developed Account Management skills and experienced in a structured sales environment with a proven success record. • Industry knowledge of packaging design to final production; and experience in related domains is an asset. • Industry knowledge of color quality and print quality; and experience in related domains is an asset. • Highly developed team selling skills. • Strong account management organization to maximize customer growth in addition to new business. • Ability to travel through the region, between 50% - 75%.
