📋 Description
• Utilizing your product knowledge to help first line Support Engineers in complex customer cases. • Providing direct support to customers with specific language needs (typically non-English speaking), as well as to Solution Onboarding engineers and distributors/resellers. • Having a close collaboration and coaching with first line Support Engineers, helping raising the overall team knowledge. • Being able to lead & take ownership of small projects such as escalation management, leading meetings, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience of advance usage/support of one or more key Esko solutions as Color Engine & Pack Proof, WebCenter and/or Automation Engine. • Experience with more Esko products is a plus. • Good level of English and Spanish languages. • Capacity to speak other languages as Italian, Dutch, French or German are a big plus. • Familiarity with both OS's macOS and Windows. • Good IT troubleshooting skills are a plus too. • Great team-playing skills!
