• Responsible for providing second line assistance to Software Support Engineers worldwide. • Provide direct support to customers with specific language needs and collaboration with Level 1 Support Engineers. • Lead & take ownership of small projects such as escalation management, leading meetings, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience of advanced usage/support of Esko WebCenter. • Experience with more Esko products is a big plus. • Good level of English language. • Capacity to speak other languages as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French or German are a big plus too. • Familiarity with both OS's macOS and Windows. • Good IT troubleshooting skills are a plus too. • Great team-playing skills!
