As a National Key Account Manager you are responsible for building relationships, managing, and growing sales within an assigned territory, in a fast-paced, multinational, and diverse team and should be ideally located in Lazio, Abruzzo or Marche regions. In this role, a typical day will look like: Become a trusted advisor and partner for our NKA customers, to develop excellent relationships Secure and grow revenue within your regions by selling and demonstrating Videojet solutions to existing and new NKA customers Collaborate and work closely with internal teams Lead sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM (SalesForce.com) Ensure fast response to external and internal customers
+5 years Account Management experience, where you have used problem solving skills and created solutions to resolve customer issues; Have demonstrable skills to partner and proactively listen to customers to assess their needs, manage their expectations and drive results Good English level Travel up to 4 days per week to ensure perfect opportunities and customer coverage and spend 1 to 3 nights per week out if necessary (customers are mainly placed in Tuscany, Lazio, Abruzzo, Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Sicily)
