• Entwicklung und Implementierung von effizienten Geschäftsprozessen zur Optimierung der Unternehmensperformance. • Überwachung und Management der täglichen Geschäftsabläufe. • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, um Strategien für das Wachstum und die Skalierung des Unternehmens zu entwickeln. • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Finanzberichten, Budgets und anderen wichtigen Geschäftsdokumenten. • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen. • Management der Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden und Stakeholdern. • Führung und Entwicklung des Verwaltungsteams. • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder einem verwandten Feld. • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld. • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren und in strategische Pläne umzusetzen. • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen. • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. • Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung. • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
