Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development roles with progressive growth • Experience acting as a tech lead or staff engineer, providing guidance and mentorship to one or more engineering teams. • Experience building or scaling high-load SaaS platforms • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform • Experience building integrations between Salesforce ecosystem and 3rd party APIs (nice-to-have) • Experience interacting with, supporting, or building & maintaining Salesforce packages (nice-to-have) • Strong critical thinking skills & attention to details • Humble, collaborative, and self-aware
