• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars. • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training. • Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives. • Manage the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Partner with the stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met and to allow for consistent & accurate messaging across all questionnaires • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts throughout Lumin to craft accurate responses to standard and customized questions • Maintain a database of standard RFP responses • Build an in-depth understanding of the firm's product offerings and capabilities • Manage pre-implementation planning by gathering requirements from prospect and meeting with internal product and development teams for inclusion in the SOW.
• Proven digital banking domain expertise and success for 5+ years. • Extensive industry experience with credit unions and/or banks • Excellent communication, interpersonal and demo presentation skills. • Must have desire and ability to drive success in a startup environment. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges. • Unrivaled professional presentation experience, to the C-Suite. • Knowledge of software and infrastructure security along with cloud security, risk and compliance. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field of studies. • Ability to travel 50-70%
