📋 Description
• Design, implement, and deploy Workforce Software solutions within SuccessFactors projects • Lead the implementation of Workforce Software, ensuring seamless integration with new / existing SuccessFactors and SAP payroll systems • Conduct strategy sessions with clients by identifying their current process and future state needs • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of WFS product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices • Mentor consultants and monitor their progress on shadow/learning assignments • Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients • Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the WFS team • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors • Assist sales team in estimations, client scoping, demos in support of presales • Assist with troubleshooting and ticket resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred • 8+ years configuring Workforce Software • 4+ years leading full life-cycle WFS implementations • 2+ years of management / mentoring experience • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred • Clear communication and an ability to translate technical concepts • Workforce Software Time and Attendance core functional and technical configuration experience required • Workforce Software Advanced Scheduler configuration experience required • Workforce Software Absence Compliance Tracker experience required • Workforce Software Forecasting functional working experience preferred • Workforce Software Integration / Reporting Certification a plus • SuccessFactors configuration experience a plus, but not required • Associate or Professional Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll Certifications, experience a plus, but not required
