• At Fora, we are reimagining the future of online communities and are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Product Manager. • As a Product Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to offer a seamless and pleasant desktop experience to millions of users. • You will work on both existing and new features to increase user retention and posting volume, and enhance overall user experience. • Each month, Fora connects over 70 million people around common interests. • Your mission is to make their experience of connecting and sharing these interests. • You will report to Senior Product Manager and collaborate with two other Product Managers and a Product Data Analyst.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of work experience in a consumer product company, including at least three years of product management experience • Experience working directly with software engineers, designers, and marketers • Experience running agile ceremonies and sprint planning • Experience launching and growing products or meaningful features • Proficient with data analysis and traffic/visitor analytics • Excellent communication and coordination skills within a team and cross-departmentally • Experience with a/b testing and experimentation • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel between Canada and the US twice a year
